To pair with your partner, one of you shares a unique pairing code from the app. The other enters the code to connect. You'll be linked instantly and can start sharing moods and memories.
Tap the "+" button on the home screen to share your current mood. You can add a photo, drawing, or voice note to express how you're feeling. Your partner will see it in real-time.

Open MeeSa and go to Settings → Pair With Partner. You'll see a unique code that you can share with your partner. Your partner enters this code in their app, and you'll be connected instantly. You can also scan a QR code if you're together in person.
Yes. Go to Settings → Unpair. This will disconnect you from your current partner. Please note that shared data from your time together may still be visible in timelines until deleted.
Your MeeSa Pro subscription is managed through Apple. To change or cancel your subscription: Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MeeSa. From there you can switch plans, cancel, or manage billing.
If you've reinstalled the app or got a new device, go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. This will restore your MeeSa Pro subscription if you have an active one. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your MeeSa purchase, and follow the instructions to request a refund.
Yes. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard security practices. Your mood entries, photos, and voice notes are only shared with your paired partner — never with other users or third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

MeeSa only uses your location if you enable the Couple Map feature. Location is shared only with your paired partner and is never stored permanently on our servers. You can disable location sharing at any time in the app's Settings.
MeeSa requires iOS 17.2 or later. This includes iPhone XS and newer models running the latest iOS version.

Important: If you have an active MeeSa Pro subscription, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
If you're unable to delete your account from the app, email us at support@meesa.app and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours.
